Hi, I’m Keri (she/her)! I’m a Clinical Social Worker, but you might also call me a therapist, doula of complicated feelings, professional question-asker or parenting book translator. I’m also a yoga teacher, semi-committed runner, voracious reader and life-long curiosity seeker. I help people (especially parents) who long to feel supported and knowledgeable but feel caught in an echo chamber of conflicting advice and support-with-strings-attached. I nudge them (gently, and with plenty of goofy jokes) to small changes (which often lead to very, very big changes) and increased self-knowledge so that they can feel as if their best is truly good enough. I know from over a decade of helping families that feeling alone is epidemic, and suffering isn’t serving you. I believe that most parents are good parents, most kids are good kids and most people are good people. I believe that when good people know themselves well and have a basic set of tools, they have the capacity to be great people, great kids, great parents and great families. That’s why I hope you’ll send me a quick note today, outlining your biggest challenge, so that we can get you on the path to healing and feeling as if you’re running your life, instead of the other way around.
