Yup, being a person is hard work.

Being a good person? Harder work. A good person who is also a parent? The hardest work.

So often, the way we were parented gets in the way of the way we want to parent. That’s where I come in. I’ll push you, support you and hold your stories as you do the hard work of shifting your thinking and behaviors away from unhelpful patterns, and into something more congruent with your character and values.

It will be difficult, but you don’t have to suffer. Suffering sucks.
